01 General Terms & Acceptance

1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the removal of the severed provision.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

6.2 Platform Integrity

6.3 Complaints Procedure
If you believe that a game outcome, transaction, or enforcement decision by okbagee is incorrect or unfair, you are entitled to submit a formal complaint. 07 Account Suspension & Closure
okbagee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, the circumstances described in this section.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials;
- Detection of a duplicate or secondary account belonging to the same player;
- Player self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team;
- Legal or regulatory requirement to restrict access for players in specific jurisdictions;
- Confirmed evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
7.2 Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, okbagee will conduct a review of the account balance and transaction history. Where a balance remains in a closed account and the closure was not the result of confirmed fraud or money laundering activity, the net real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and winnings derived solely from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method within 30 calendar days of the closure date.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players wishing to voluntarily close their okbagee account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any positive real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any incomplete bonus obligations. 08 Limitation of Liability

- Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or your failure to enable available security features such as two-factor authentication;
- Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or mobile financial service operator;
- Decisions made by game providers in relation to game RTP, game availability, or progressive jackpot structures, which are governed by the provider's own certified rules.
8.2 Platform Availability
okbagee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to registered players in advance where practicable.
